All students wanting to study at Penciltutor School are required to sign a contract.​

 

To be considered for admission, the minimum entry requirements are:

1. Minimum age of 15 on 1st January of the examination year.

2. Passed Secondary 3 Express  or Secondary 4 Normal Academic or Secondary 4 Normal Technical or passed Penciltutor Admission Test. ​

3. Passed English in Secondary 2 Express or Secondary 3 Normal Academic or Secondary 3 Normal Technical or passed Penciltutor Admission Test.
